PHANTOM

 

    FRIDAY – April 28,   8:00 P.M.

 Bass Concert Hall, UT Austin, TX

 

  

What to wear:  Nice clothes, no T-shirts please

What to bring: Wallet/purse ONLY

     Please leave electronic devices other than your cell phone in your back-packs at school.

8:00 A.M– 8:30 A.M.   Friday morning before school:

If you are changing into more formal (dressy=) clothes for The PHANTOM performance, you may come by the choir room to drop off your outfits and whatever else you think you will need for the evening/and the weekend. (You will be unable to go to your locker after the show.)

​

 

3:55 P.M.     End of Period 7

Once the last bell rings, go to your lockers and get everything you will need for the weekend. (You will store your backpacks in the choir room while we are gone, then pick them up when we return to the school after the show - around midnight.) Then head to the choir room and change your clothes as soon as possible!!!!

PARENTS THAT WILL BE RIDING THE BUS WITH US SHOULD SIGN IN THE FRONT

OFFICE AND MEET THE STUDENTS IN THE CHOIR ROOM.   4:15 P.M.

 

4:20 P.M. 

Students should be seated on the risers to take attendance. *TAKE ONLY what you “need” with you on the bus. You will not be allowed to bring anything on the bus other than your phone and a purse. 

(You may NOT bring any backpacks or large items into the Bass Concert Hall - and the bus will

  Be parked off the UT campus - The school will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.)

 

 

4:30 P.M.               

We will load the school bus and drive to the restaurant.

7:45 P.M.                

Walk to the Bass Concert Hall, meet in - in front of the UT music library and hand out tickets.

 

 

 

8:00 P.M.  The SHOW begins

 

 

INTERMISSION 

 

During intermission the students will be allowed downstairs to the lobby to shop for

PHANTOM gifts and souvenirs. The items that are sold for the show are expensive,

So please send extra money with your child if so desired.

 

You MUST tell your chaperone that you are going down to the lobby to purchase souvenirs or use the restroom.

11:00 P.M.

 

We will leave the UT campus - head back to LTMS where the students should be picked up in the front of the school.  (Parents will be called once we are seated on the bus in the UT parking lot-

to let you know we are on our way.)
