Students will need the following items for the day:

 

• Music Binder

• Concert dress clothes and black shoes (please wear comfortable school clothes for the day, you will change into your concert performance clothes later in the day)

• Snacks and water

• $6 for lunch

 

 

 

REGION Choir CLINIC and CONCERT Itinerary

 

8:30 AM: Arrive/find rooms (be there by 8:15 - Wearing your Choir T-Shirt)

Tenor/Bass in Band Hall

7th Treble in Orchestra Room

8th Treble in Choir Room

 

9:00 AM: Warm-Up and Rehearsal 1 (Tenor/Bass choir on stage)

10:25 AM: Break and transition

10:30-NOON: Rehearsal 2 (8th Treble on stage)

 

NOON-1:25 PM: LUNCH

 

1:30-3:00 PM: Final Rehearsals (7th Treble on stage)

3:00-4:00 PM: Change/Photo Time/Move to auditorium positions

 

4:15 PM: Auditorium opens to parents

  The lobby of the PAC is open to the performers at 4:00 and general seating at 4:15.

   Please arrive early! There will be many, many folks looking to grab those 

  Great seats in the front the auditorium!) 

 

4:30 – Concert Begins (The Concert is FREE to the public)

CD’s, plaques and t-shirts will be on sale prior to and after the concert.

The lobby will remain open until the line for purchases ends.
