Spring Concert Solo Auditions
This is NOT the same as the Voice Recital
What to sing:

Your solo should be an uplifting and lyric filled song. Remember our theme is "modes of transportation" so if you select a transportation song - the lyrics should reference a car, plane, magic carpet, etc.

You will audition with the whole song as you will perform it
Audition process:
The audition is a digital entry MAY 1st - MAY 5th at 5:00pm.
The auditions will be sent to a set of judges (selected LTMS faculty members).
The judges will choose the voices that demonstrate beautiful tone, accurate pitch, and clear diction.
Students from each grade will be selected to perform, as a soloist, on the
Spring Concert, May 23rd, 7:00 P.M. at Lake Travis Middle School.
BETWEEN May 1st and 5th :
(Not before May 1st please. Entry cutoff is 5:00 pm on the 5th)
What to submit for your audition:

Sing your song as you would perform it: with a pianist, guitarist, or karaoke accompaniment on your recording (It should NOT just be solo voice on your audition recording)

MP3 works best for the file type, although the .m4a file type (iphone voice memo) should work fine as well
